The Workers’ Comp Group Rating Plan is managed by Compensation Consultants, Inc. of Columbus, Ohio. OHBA sets the broad policy parameters for the Program; however, the day-to-day operation is managed by CCI. Entry and Re-admission requirements are established and must be maintained for continuing membership in the group. Each year, a review of the files of each company is undertaken by CCI.
